Mobile App Help

  • Sign in with the email, Google, or Apple login method associated with your account.
  • Use the in-app feedback screen for bugs, billing questions, or signal quality notes.
  • Check that push notifications are enabled in both iOS Settings and Crossbearing settings.

Billing & Subscriptions

Mobile subscriptions purchased in the app are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Existing web subscribers can sign in to access included mobile features. For billing help, contact support with your account email.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the mobile app under Settings, or email support from the account email address.

Deleting an account removes account-owned mobile settings, device tokens, portfolio records, and related account data.
